Overview

Ahimè is a simple place for any moment of the day, sharing the beauty of the region through food and wine. The idea is that the menu is not divided into courses, so that each dish, following the flow of the kitchen, can take center stage, while maintaining the vegetable element as the main element. Ahimè celebrates hospitality in its finest form, combining culinary techniques with the experiences that have shaped it over time. The wine selection is guided by an unbridled curiosity: good practices, upstanding and wild vignerons, funky and low-intervention drops. Ahimè's bread is a stand-alone course on the menu and always will be, highlighting a seemingly everyday product, crafted from a sourdough starter aged over ten years.
