Overview

Aska is an exclusive sushi bar celebrating authentic Japanese sushi as a ceremony. The preparation is classic in Aska; the fish are partly regional. No California rolls, no vegetarian maki: in the six- to eight-course menu accompanied by a fine selection of rice wine: authentically Japanese, reduced to good fish and rice.
