After learning the ropes with Michelin-starred French chefs Gérard Goetz, Marc Haeberlin, Sébastien Sevellec, Emmanuel Renaut, and Christophe Schuffenecker, Chef Yannick GUTH, awarded the title of "Young Talent of the Year 2017" by Gault & Millau, wanted to open his own restaurant, and he did just that. His cuisine varies with the seasons, adapting to the promises of nature, making it more creative. A genuine passion for a marriage of cuisine and nature.
