Overview
BYRDI is a Modern Australian bar focusing on Australian-grown produce and local producers. Complete with its own lab, BYRDI creates bold new concoctions, offering three categories of seasonal creations, ferments, and highballs. Small creative plates are available, with the option of food and drink pairing courses.
