Chef’s Table invites you to experience cooking—and dining—as high art. The kitchen at the heart of Chef’s Table is itself a masterpiece: a Molteni stove in cream and brass, wrapped in Michelangelo’s favorite Carrara marble. And the crown jewel—a brass-plated stainless steel hood, with rings crafted by a Thai artist to emulate a Buddhist monument. Each of the restaurant’s 46 seats is oriented toward the chef’s table, inviting you to absorb every act of the culinary performance: course after course of world-class French fare, prepared by the culinary team, then served to you by intuitive and informative wait staff.
