Last known as Claridge's Restaurant over 20 years ago, this classic-yet-contemporary spot is once again operated in-house – serving up a modern twist on British flavors across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Showcasing seasonal, locally sourced produce, classic dishes here are elevated with a signature Claridge's spin. Buckwheat crumpets are finished with black truffle, and fruits de mer platters are designed to share, while showstopping main courses include Cornish sea bass, grilled native lobster, and dry-aged prime beef rib for two.
