Overview

Opened in 2016 as a workshop dedicated to cooking, Clover Grill honors exceptional cuts of meat, fish, and vegetables - cooked over the coals or on the spit, establishing itself as the benchmark for Steak House in Paris. For the decor, Clover Gill has given pride of place to noble materials and antique pieces, including two logs surrounding a meat cabinet specially created for the place. Artist Matthieu Cossé was commissioned to transcribe a vision of gastronomy in a huge mural. Added to this gustatory and artistic experience is a cocktail bar offering a menu of classic recipes and original creations.
