Led by Head Chef Petter Johansson, with experience from starred restaurants around the world, his team is proud to showcase their expertise in classic French cooking techniques and craftsmanship, always with a modern twist. Ergo is open for both lunch and dinner, offering a semi-set, seasonal tasting menu. With only 30 seats, the restaurant feels both intimate and elegant.
