Overview

Fish & Game is all about cooking over wood fire. Over the years, the restaurant has collaborated with local artist Kris Perry to build many unique wood and charcoal-fired cooking sculptures. The current menu is an ever-evolving selection of à la carte dishes that reflect the shifting seasons and the best products sourced from purveyors in the Hudson Valley and beyond.
