Géosmine

Overview

It is in a small town house, a former textile workshop in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, that Géosmine restaurant project found its place. Designed by chef Maxime Bouttier, Géosmine is a place that moves to the rhythm of the seasons and highlights the work of the land, producers, fishers, and even winegrowers around respect for the living.
