GLORIE is a restaurant within a restaurant. Directly above the "100/200 Kitchen" – with a view of the open kitchen from above, owner Thomas Alfons Imbusch offers his second restaurant concept. "Old school, reimagined" is the motto. At the seats, dishes with strong regional roots, prepared with exquisite ingredients and a sustainable approach, are served. Thanks to the purely à la carte offering, guests enjoy maximum freedom in their selection. The atmosphere is sophisticated, clearly designed, and unique. The attentive, casual, yet professional service team is the same as at the "100/200 Kitchen.
