Restaurant Hærværk started a journey towards a kitchen that could handle fresh seasonal ingredients on the terms that quite naturally follow and the small local producers and suppliers who cultivate and breed, catch, hunt, and gather. The menu is dynamic, and guests can only get the opportunity to form an overview when they sit in the restaurant. It gives the culinary team the framework to modify and adapt to perfection according to the raw materials available.
