Henrock at Linthwaite House is an informally elegant restaurant by Simon Rogan. True to Simon Rogan's ethos, the focus lies on beautiful local ingredients, including produce from the farm located just a few miles away in the Cartmel Valley. With dishes rooted in British cooking and ingredients, Henrock's menus are also influenced by techniques and produce discovered by the culinary team's travels around the world.
