High above the city on the 27th floor, HIYA is a Japanese Izakaya-inspired restaurant helmed by Jason Atherton, the Michelin-starred London-based restaurateur. The menu, designed for sharing, marries Japanese and Western flavors and features sashimi with careful garnishes designed to enhance the flavor of the fish and a grill serving premium Wagyu sirloin and other delicacies.
