Founded on the philosophy of Ethical Time, Horto enhances the local dimension by selecting seasonal raw materials and involving the 'Lombardy vegetable gardens': farmhouses, dairies, and farmers no more than an hour away. Horto, with its terrace and internal environments, follows the rhythm of the sun, offering its guests a continuous gastronomic experience, which begins at dawn with breakfast, continues with lunch, and continues until sunset with the aperitif and fine dining.
