Head chef Christian Jeske from Bavaria moves himself and his guests with an elegant, alpine verve in his kitchen territory. His excellent culinary art and the highest wine expertise arose from his collaboration with top international chefs in Schloss Elmau. His philosophy for the Jagdhof gourmet cuisine is to make sensitive creations from the cuisine of the Alps on a solid artisan basis. Very close to the Stubai tradition and nature, seasoned with a fine pinch of internationality.
