JŪN explores the story of chefs Evelyn Garcia and Chef Henry Lu's upbringing in diverse households, surrounded by different people, food, and cultures. Garcia, growing up in Houston, Texas, and Lu, in the Bronx, NY, wanted to share their life experiences through food at Jūn.
