Leggera Pizza Napoletana
Overview
Since 2013, Leggera Pizza Napoletana has been serving typical Napoletana pizzas, individually made and baked in a wood-fired oven at a temperature of 450 degrees, with light dough, natural fermentation, and produced with a blend of Italian flours, tomatoes with designation of origin from the region from Mount Vesuvius in Campania in Naples and made using the Neapolitan technique recognized as intangible heritage by UNESCO®. The other products on the menu are all produced by hand without dyes, artificial additives, or preservatives. The pizzeria is certified by AVNP ® – Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, an Italian institution certifying Napoletana pizzerias, attesting to their authenticity worldwide.
