Lowland Tavern features a parlor with a wood-burning fireplace, original pine floors, and a copper bar. The atmosphere and menu here are approachable and convivial, offering housemade biscuits, Chef’s signature Tavern Burger, and other playful takes on nostalgic dishes. Upstairs, the dining room hosts guests for a tasting-menu-only experience that reflects Chef Stanhope’s exploration of high-end ingredients, flavors, preparations, and wine pairings, which are also chef-driven.
