Overview
The French word passerelle translates to "bridge," and it is here that three-time James Beard Award-winning chef Gregory Gourdet creates a culinary "bridge language," seamlessly connecting New York and France with influences from former French territories. Set within the landmark One Wall Street building and adorned with custom frescoes, stained glass, and hand-painted tiles, the playfully elegant, vibrant dining room provides the perfect backdrop for Gourdet's inventive take on French classics.
