Overview

Marian’s is a restaurant by Christian Rowan, previously at Eleven Madison Park, Nomad, and Bouley.  The menu is New American and changes seasonally, along with products available from local purveyors. The food incorporates elevated techniques served in a neighborhood dining atmosphere - the team believes great food doesn’t need to be pretentious.  The restaurant is named after Christian’s grandmother, who didn’t cook but loved late-night dining in New York.
