Maydanoz is an Aegean Turkish coast-inspired bar/restaurant located in the middle of the revitalized Sydney CBD. The menu is based on produce-driven delights of the Aegean region of Turkey, rich in culture and variety. Most of the dishes are prepared ‘zeytinyagli’ style — olive oil poached vegetables served as part of a drinking feast. Imagine dolmas, sarmas, and seasonal vegetables with plenty of fresh herbs.
