Situated on the Dijver, one of the most beautiful spots in the heart of historic Bruges is Restaurant Mémore. The restaurant is open to everyone, both hotel guests and non-hotel guests. The kitchen works exclusively with the most local and fresh ingredients and with local farmers, fishermen, growers and hunters who respect the cycle and seasons of nature.
