MIND opened in March 2023, establishing a casual fine dining concept in Markt Indersdorf. Standard dishes are reinterpreted against every expectation and worked to the last detail to create a unique and extraordinary taste experience. MIND's minimalist and contemporary concept is reflected not only in the interior design space but also in the precisely designed dishes.
