At Nàdair, chef and restaurateur Kevin Gillespie draws inspiration from years of cooking in Atlanta and the Pacific Northwest and his time spent with family in New England, Scotland, and the American South. Featuring refined, reimagined Scottish dishes and the bold flavors of woodfire cooking Gillespie is known for, Nàdair offers a three-course fixed-price menu and a six-course tasting menu. Authenticity, intentionality, sustainability, and excellence are the guiding principles of the restaurant, which is set on the edge of Zonolite Park, a beautiful and quiet trail with gardens and streams.
