Narbasu
Cereceda • Spain
Overview
Narbasu responds to the Asturian name for the corn stalk when it is dry. An identity that represents a great connection with the environment of the restaurant and hotel, which is characterized by the cultivation of corn in the area and with the cuisine of the Manzanos, as it is a widely used ingredient in their dishes. Narbasu is a respectful restaurant, supplied with its own garden and with products from the area or the surrounding area. A kitchen close to the ground reminiscent of the first letters of Casa Marcial, now framed in the Palacio de Rubianes, an incomparable enclave between the river and the Asturian mountains, where tranquility and hospitality prevail.
