For the voyager in everyone comes a restaurant that evokes wanderlust and awakens your palate. The specialty: robatayaki, a tableside Japanese grill and the freshest produce from the sea. The setting: a beautiful nest-like structure suspended between ocean and land, surrounded by “espejos de agua,” literally water mirrors, magical in their own right. Just as you’d expect from a Los Cabos restaurant where you can watch the gorgeous sunset, NIDO serves small, chilled bites from the raw bar menu, in addition to tableside cooking of the freshest of ingredients.
