Norda's dishes are taken as much from the West Coast's selection of seafood as from Manhattan's simmering stew of the whole world's cuisine. The restaurant creates food and drink experiences where the playful meets the classic, choosing ingredients according to the season and letting the clash between Manhattan and Gothenburg guide the recipes and wine choices.
