Overview

Olluco restaurant presents a new gastronomic experience that Virgilio Martinez and his team have created in conjunction with Mater and its values. Virgilio's cuisine in Peru is characterized by showcasing the biodiversity of the territory and works under the premise that "Outside there is more" (Motto of Mater). Thus, Olluco is the realization of a dream of expansion - outside the South American borders, which represents the beginning of a process of searching for knowledge and of finding similarities between two distant territories, which, in products, come closer.
