The world of Anne-Sophie Pic at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne is much more than a restaurant, it is a journey in Swiss lands that has lasted for 15 years! 15 years of meetings, creation, tasting, forest picking, contemplation... In the notebooks that never leave her side, the Chef traces the contours of a precious memory, drawn like a meticulously marked path. Switzerland is one of her favorite lands, as it nourishes and inspires her spirit. She also draws from it the tenderness of childhood, which she experienced during family reunions in the Vaudois lands, and which she loved so much. The new PIC setting at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne was imagined and shaped by the Chef as an extension of her culinary philosophy.
