Overview
Pilloni works directly with small producers, growers, and hunters to ensure that diners feel the breeze of the Sardinian Island momentarily. The majority of the dishes are touched by the fire, which is the central heart of Pilloni’s kitchen. Additionally, traditional focaccias, bread, and pasta are freshly made each day. The restaurant menu lets itself get inspired by the seasons to consistently create dishes and approach traditional Sardinian cooking with an open mind.
