I Vesuviani, the art of pizza revisited: choose between the Neapolitan tradition, crispy squares in the pan (12 pieces ideal for 2-3 people), or a unique experience with a small pan, using ancient stone-ground Campania grains and sourdough whole wheat. Each pizza is created with one of seven special doughs, each with a unique preparation and cooking. They are light and highly digestible doughs, including wholemeal sourdough, corn with seawater, Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, and Saragolla. Welcome to the art of pizza at I Vesuviani.
