Pony Dining's fires have been burning in the heart of the historic Rocks area since 2006. With Irish-born Executive Chef Neil Nolan behind the pass since opening day back then, the restaurant focuses on longevity, love for the beautiful, oldest part of Sydney, and respect for Australian produce. Pony Dining's Argentinean wood fire grill is at the center of the open kitchen, giving its signature flavor to an array of steak cuts, seafood from up and down the Australian East Coast, fresh vegetables from the local markets, and even sneaking into the cocktail list.
