Overview

Prime Seafood Palace is a contemporary restaurant inspired by Matty Matheson's roots on the East Coast and his love of architecture. An otherwise inconspicuous white brick building is transformed into a light-filled cathedral clad in white maple. The restaurant intentionally sources ingredients to pay homage to the traditional steakhouse concept.
