Proper Meats + Provisions is a one-of-a-kind community butcher shop and neighborhood eatery that showcases the Grand Canyon State's finest farm-raised meats, poultry, and cured products. The historic store offers an abundance of fresh, artisanal meats and charcuterie sourced sustainably from local farms, while offering Arizonans a wholesome perspective on the craft – and art – of whole-animal butchery. While offering the highest quality of humanely and sustainably raised meats is at the very heart of Proper Meats + Provisions ethos, the offerings of fresh, local fare extend far beyond the butcher block to include local cheeses, small plates, fresh-baked breads, house-made soups, sandwiches, as well as a curated menu of craft beers and Arizona wines.
