Overview

RAA bar and kitchen honors the dying art of toddy tapping, where sap is collected from palm trees by hand to produce the distilled spirit, Arrack. Two times a day, local liquid is harvested and used in Raa's cocktails, which offer a refreshing sip to soak up the beachy surrounds.  The food menu features traditionally cooked, core Sri Lankan recipes, presented in a modern way showcasing all the beautiful flavors, colors and textures of Sri Lankan food at its finest.
