Raffaele Bonetta, Neapolitan pizza chef. He started working in the family restaurant, the Ciarly pizzeria in Naples. He was amazed by the transformation of the raw material, the flour, and he embarked on an intense journey made of passion, study, and experimentation. Using a wise choice of raw materials, the right processing, and a balance of flavors: three ingredients that make Bonetta's pizza a hymn to lightness and goodness!
