République Restaurant offers a highly seasonal dining experience curated by Chef Walter Manzke with rotating menus daily. Located in a historical building originally erected in 1929 as Charlie Chaplin’s offices, which then transformed into La Brea Bakery and Campanile. République now builds on this storied past with its latest incarnation, offering a gastronomic environment of history and grandeur, featuring open kitchens and contemporary French cuisine.
