Ka is where culinary creativity, apex experience, and intrigue meet, by the softly-lit counter of the tiny but mighty 10-seater restaurant. Meaning home, Ka represents where loved ones convene and where you set your own rules. It's with this freedom that Hong Kong-born Chef Zac Ng has crafted an 8-course, ever-evolving menu that makes the heart sing. A menu inspired in part by his Cantonese heritage, but also shaped by his experience in the great Asian houses of the Sydney food scene, including Sepia, XOPP and Flying Fish.
