Overview
Rintaro is the food of a Japanese Izakaya by way of California. Pasture-raised chicken is grilled over a binchotan-burning Yakitori Grill, and udon is kneaded, rolled, and cut by hand. All tofu, umeshu, umeboshi, and other fresh pickles are made on-site, and Rintaro's Wasabi root is grown in Half Moon Bay and ground on a sharkskin board.
