Ristorante Don Camillo was founded in 1985 on the initiative of Camillo and Giovanni Guarneri. Its continuous evolution has led it to be one of the most appreciated and consistently high-quality Sicilian restaurants over the years. It is located in Ortigia, the historic center of Syracuse. The cuisine, which has always been led by Giovanni Guarneri, looks forward but remains closely linked to the territory, to the traditions of Sicily. The cellar houses around 1000 wine references.
