Overview

Sakhalin Restaurant is a project of the White Rabbit Family brand, presenting Russian regional products combined with Mediterranean and Asian dishes and cooking techniques to form the basis of a new style of 'MediterrAsian' cuisine. The heart of the restaurant is the Raw bar with a glacier and an aquarium, where guests can choose seafood to their liking: shells, crabs, shrimps, and fish from the Russian Far East, set against the backdrop of a unique 360-degree panoramic view of Moscow.
