Overview
Salabka is a boutique vineyard, winery, and distillery with an outstanding fine dining restaurant located on the hillside of Troja, where vines have grown since the 13th century. Modern cooking by head chef Petr Kunc, with many years of experience in the UK's Michelin star restaurants, focuses on local ingredients and producers. The best quality wild game or local freshwater fish are staples on the menu. Imaginative meals are seasonal and full of flavors and textures.
