Sankai by Nagaya is a 24-seat omakase restaurant, curated in collaboration with 3 Michelin-starred Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya. Designed by Geo-ID and partially owned by world-renowned architect Mahmut Anlar, Sankai welcomes its guests with a sophisticated Japanese home-like atmosphere. Sankai By Nagaya offers two seasonal tasting menus prepared with daily delicacies from the earth and the sea. The Sankai Sushi menu is more sushi-oriented, whereas the Nagaya Signature menu tells the story of kaiseki cuisine.
