Starting from the assumption of a perfect dough that is light, airy, and digestible, they developed a whole pizza concept that delivers exceptional pizzas with creative toppings focusing on top-quality ingredients in a young, cool, yet elegant atmosphere. Located in the Porta Portese neighborhood, a few steps away from the vibrant Trastevere area, the pizza is cooked in a wood oven, resulting in a half-way hybrid between the fluffy, soft Neapolitan pizza with a crunchy twist – typical of the Roman-style Pier Daniele Seu “contemporary pizza.”
