Overview
Skippa is a seasonal Japanese restaurant inspired by the Fukuoka Prefecture on Japan’s Kyushu island. Wild and line-caught fish are directly sourced from the Fukuoka Fish Market, as well as the authentic binchotan charcoal used for grilling across the entire menu, including dessert.
