Stoic and Genuine is Denver's iconic multi-coastal seafood, oyster house, and granita bar committed to impeccably fresh, sustainable, and creative seafood preparations set in Denver's newly renovated historic Union Station. The restaurant has an exhibition kitchen that opens up to a bar serving an ever-changing shellfish selection.
