Overview

Tatsu Dallas prepares traditional, edomae-style sushi for fewer than twenty guests a night. Guests who book an omakase experience can expect a seasonal tasting menu that consists of one or two appetizers, thirteen to fifteen pieces of nigiri-style sushi, a hand roll, miso soup, and dessert. Chef Tatsu hosts two seatings, six days a week, with each meal lasting approximately one hour and forty-five minutes, where guests are encouraged to interact with the Chef and witness the art of edomae-style sushi preparation up close and in person.
