The Dixboro Project
Overview
The Dixboro Project is a three-unique dining concept in Ann Arbor housed in an 1800s barn. Dixboro House is the formal dining room in the modern barn overlooking Fleming Creek and the woodlands that hug the property. The restaurant serves creative mains paired with their pre-selected wines. In addition, the restaurant also offers a vast selection of reserve wines, spirits, and cocktails. The Boro Dining Room and Bar was carved out of the bones of the original barn structure, erected in 1880, and utilized as a restaurant beginning in the 1920s. The menu at The Boro Dining Room and Bar, like the dining room itself, is refined and rustic. The Boro to-go is a side door all-day café in Ann Arbor featuring woodfired pizzas, takeaway meals, a full range of expertly produced baked goods, Roos Roast coffee, and adult beverages.
