Overview
The Edinburgh Castle pub has stood in Ancoats since 1811, in the heart of Britain's first industrial suburb. The gastropub aims to use local products where possible and sources other produce from the best suppliers on the British Isles. The beers at The Edinburgh Castle come from both local and national breweries, and the wine selection is hand-selected and updated monthly.
